Up to 45 miles round-trip from Lake Stevens, WA included. Any additional mileage will incur a travel fee.
If client requires more than one visit to a property, a $75 re-visit fee will be applied to each subsequent visit.
Properties with views, acreage, out-buildings or of luxury quality which require extra time on-site will accrue an additional surcharge of $100/hour over the normal time allowed on-site for the services provided.
Daylight to twilight conversions, object removal and many special services are also available. Please consult us for a quote.
Real Estate Licensing Guidelines:
Envision Home Photos, LLC retains copyright ownership of all photos, and grants a non-exclusive license to the client for the intangible right to use the images provided to market and sell the property represented for a period up to one year from the shoot date or until 30 days after the property sells, whichever is first. This license is NOT transferrable to any other party. Third party usage, except as defined above, is not granted with this license.
